Blue Light Blocker Glasses
I recently discovered these extremely affordable (and stylish :)) blue blockers on Amazon. Blue light from electronics such as our TVs and our smartphones can disrupt the normal fluctuation of our hormones, tricking our brain into thinking it’s still daylight outside. This means more difficulty falling and staying asleep. Blue light may also increase general fatigue and decrease our ability to focus over long periods of time. Wearing these glasses while exposed to blue light, especially in the evenings, may help prevent overexposure to blue light and promote normal hormone function. I have a pair of these myself and love the quality and the fit!
