Garden Greens Detox Smoothie

Press the reset button with this garden party in your mouth! This smoothie is low in sugar but still full of flavor. The combination of cucumber, celery and mint make this smoothie light and refreshing and perfect for kicking off a day of detox. A small serving of pineapple serves to slightly sweeten and is a great source of immune boosting vitamin C. Keep in mind this smoothie is not designed for taste, but rather to promote your body’s natural detoxification process. However, it does taste pretty good considering it’s almost only veggies.

Cucumber is notorious for depuffing- hence the familiar cucumber spa water and eye masks. As one of the primary ingredients, this smoothie is a great solution after a long weekend of salty chips or boozy bloody marys.

Cucumber, celery and parsley are all powerful inflammation fighters. Combined together this smoothie is a powerhouse when it comes to reducing inflammation.

Garden Greens Smoothie

Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 1 Person


  • 2 inches frozen cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 half avocado
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves loosely packed
  • 1/4 cup parsley loosely packed
  • 1.5 cup unsweetened, vanilla coconut milk or as much as needed


  1. Combine all ingredients, adding in coconut milk first. Blend with Vitamix or high speed blender and serve.
